Kitchen and Bathroom Design

This Bradenton Kitchen Remodel started with a wall to be removed to open up the entire space to the living area.

New Laminate Flooring, Cherry Cabinets, Blue Ice Granite and Stainless Steel Appliances makes this Contemporary Kitchen a place for entertaining.
This Sarasota Kitchen Remodel started with drop down soffits and a 1990’s look.

Removal of the soffits, reconfiguring the island, new travertine backsplash with Maple Countertops brings this Traditional Kitchen new life.
This Port Charlotte Kitchen Remodel started with a separation wall to come down to open up the living space and see the outdoor pool area.

Removal of the wall, new laminate flooring, reconfiguration of a new island, glass cabinets and new stainless steel appliances brings this new transitional kitchen to life.
This Bradenton Kitchen Remodel started with a built in pantry, a useless island and lots of wasted space. The goal was to make it more inviting and create an entertainment area

Removal of the existing corner pantry, Contemporary White Painted Cabinetry, Blue Ice Granite, Stainless Steel Appliances, New Back Splash, New large Tile for the floors creates a contemporary monochromatic kitchen
This Osprey Kitchen Remodel had a terrible work triangle. The cabinetry was dated and the space was chopped up to the adjoining eating area.   Reconfiguring the island with the cooktop, New Cherry Cabinets with a Shaker Door Style, Beautiful Santa Cecelia Granite and lovely New Porcelain tile for the floor and travertine for the splash creates a New Transitional Style Kitchen.

This Sarasota Kitchen Remodel needed a good make over. The homeowner’s wanted to make the kitchen more functional and bring new life to the space.   Adding New Stainless Steel Appliances, a chimnea hood and reconfiguring the island and peninsula, Cherry Cabinets and Black Galaxy Granite and New Laminate Flooring brought this traditional with a flair of contemporary kitchen up to date.

This Sarasota East Kitchen Remodel was ready for an update. The Homeowners didn’t like kitchen and wanted to see something else in the space. Opening up the kitchen by removing the drop soffits was a main priority.   Not only did we remove the drop soffits, We took out the wasted space pantry, reconfigured the island and added new Laminate flooring to give this kitchen a whole new look. Cherry Cabinets, Santa Cecelia Extra and Stainless Steel Hardware make this Transitional Kitchen Beautiful.

This Siesta Key Bathroom Remodel was a slight challenge because it was so small, though the tub area was wide and had a lot of wasted space.   Closing of the window and changing the area of the shower a little smaller to give a built in shelf to the space, a free standing contemporary vanity, white porcelain tile with a stone listello and frameless glass doors added a very beachy bathroom feel.

This Bradenton Country Club Home lacked a kitchen that should be in this space. The Homeowners were very contemporary and wanted to transform the area to be an entertainment showplace.   Closing of the dining room and making it a home office with French doors gave the kitchen and the adjacent area a space of its own. Very contemporary Wenge Thermofoil Cabinets and Blue Ice Granite with Stainless Appliances, New Laminate Flooring, Reconfiguring the island as an eating island with storage on all sides became this home’s showplace for sure.

This Lakewood Ranch Kitchen Remodel started really needed a good facelift. The Homeowners had in mind to open up the space a bit and create a never ending kitchen and eat in buffet area.   A work prep island for cooking with all the amenities, Stainless Steel appliances and beautiful Maple Stained Cabinets brought this traditional kitchen a new life. A separate island with storage on all sides created a buffet area with an eating table. Beautiful Exotic Granite made for a wonderful top on this useful kitchen island.

This Siesta Key Kitchen Remodel became the showpiece of this Beautiful Southern Home. The kitchen was narrow and the eating area was blocking the walkway to the outdoor patio and back bedrooms.   Beautiful Painted Maple Contemporary Shaker Doors in Linen White and Coloniel Gold Granite with new Tile was the key for this remodel. Opening up the wall space at the eating area and creating a useful peninsular for eating surrounded by storage pantries and a coffee bar brought the two areas together and opened up the space.

This small dated bathroom needed work. The tile and shower had to be redone and Contemporary Bathroom is what the homeowner wanted with a flair of traditional look.   New Wenge Brown 12 x 24 porcelain tile for the shower with a glass listello, toe niche and soap shower niches gave this small space a larger feel. Making the window smaller and a semi frameless bypass shower door in Rubbed Oiled Bronze brought out the tea berry stain on the cherry cabinets and the exotic remnant granite piece. New Tile and Fixtures gave this Sarasota Bathroom a whole new look.

This Bird Key Kitchen was in dire need of new cabinets. The homeowners were tired of the white thermofoil cabinetry that was delaminating and wanted to match the rest of their décor which was more on the contemporary side. Not compromising the existing travertine flooring was the task at hand.   Staying within the existing floor print, except for the island is what we did. Changing to a stainless hood and new Stainless Steel appliances and Modern Stainless Porcelain Backsplash and around the fireplace with Typhoon Bordeaux Supreme Granite made this Bird Key Kitchen a Showpiece

This Punta Gorda Island Kitchen Remodel was based on the table that was purchased in the forefront. The dated cabinets and layout with the laundry room right next to the kitchen was the Homeowners first objective to go.

Updated wolf appliances and cherry cabinets on the main area and painted maple cabinets on the center island with every accessory available made this gourmet kitchen a showstopper.
This Palmetto Kitchen Remodel began with a 1960’s kitchen. Pantry was removed to make kitchen larger and add space for a beverage center.   Cherry cabinets in a slab door gives this kitchen a modern look. New Stainless Appliances with Peacock Green Countertops and Ming Green Marble Back Splash add for a beautiful finish.

This Venice Remodel starts with a Galley Style Kitchen, Drop Down Peninsular Cabinets and Very outdated look. Removal of the Dome Ceiling and lift of soffits, Removal of the cabinetry that seperates the kitchen from the living area creates a more inviting kitchen and entertainment space.

Cherry Mahogany Stained Shaker Doors with a beautiful Surf Sea Green Granite Top, Reverse Island Cabinetry for storage gives this kitchen a whole new look. Crown Molding, Under Cabinet Lighting and Recessed Can lighting in the ceiling create a very contemporary feel.
This Lido Beach Kitchen Remodel had a very small kitchen that was so closed off from the main living area. The separate dining area and thick wall with a closet in the hallway was cut back to open up the existing tiny galley kitchen.   The jet back in the wall had to remain, but a solution was found to give this kitchen a larger feel, much better storage and an appearance of an island. Maple painted Cabinets in a soft Sea Foam Green with recycled glass quartz tops by Curava in Mocha with a beautiful Glass Back Splash creates an inviting beach kitchen.

This Sarasota Kitchen Remodel needed a good uplift. A Somewhat confined space and not compromising the floor was our goal.   Updating the area using Maple Cabinets with a Soft Glaze Finish and Black Galaxy Granite with curvy lines, Tumbled Marble Travertine Back Splash finish off this kitchen with a nice updated style.

This Sarasota Bathroom Remodel needed extensive updating. Cultured Marble tops and a tub to be moved where the shower is, walls opened and a new look was designed.   The bathroom becomes more contemporary and updated with Cherry Cabinets at the vanity with a tower in the center for storage and a built around mirror, Walk In Shower with Porcelain Tile that looks like Travertine for easy maintenance.

This Palm Aire Kitchen Remodel starts with a very dated kitchen, walls that are up separating the living space and drop ceilings for a closed in feel.   Bringing the wall down, taking the drop ceiling out and reconfiguring the layout to have an attractive island with useful storage and eating makes this new kitchen a knock out. The adjacent dinette area pantry was also converted to a dry bar with glass lit cabinetry.

This small University Park Remodel was a challenge. The small kitchen appeared to be a kitchen in a box, separating the not very practical kitchen from the main areas. There was no storage, no eating space that felt comfortable and the home owners were frustrated with the limits on what could be done.   Much thought went into a solution. Removal of the box and reconfiguring the area with a more inviting open space, duel islands and tons of storage. This Transitional Kitchen makes the entertaining easy and the kitchen so inviting. Cherry Cabinets in a Heritage Brown Finish, Santa Cecelia Counter tops with Travertine and Glass Back Splash finish create this Beautiful New Kitchen.

This Tiny Venice Kitchen had no storage or useful work space. The homeowners had replaced and didn’t want to compromise the new tile. So we had very little left over tile to work with to open up this space and create a new kitchen for them that would bring contemporary and space into play.   Squaring of the wall and taking 21” from the laundry room, moving the entry door and building out the wall to house the built in on the den side was a great idea, it created a lot more space and in turn, removal of the drop soffits and cutting the bar down gave storage and eating solution as well as more prep space. This kitchen is contemporary and stylish with Metalux back splash and new lighting and stainless appliances.

This Osprey Kitchen Remodel had a chopped up design. Walking into the kitchen from the front door was awkward. Opening the space with a creative new doorway and creating the kitchen as a whole was the goal.   White Shaker cabinets, new tile and an open appearance with a useful island makes this new layout very inviting. The desk area is functional and the buffet storage gives a display area and storage as well.

This Lakewood Ranch Bathroom needed an update for sure. Wall Paper needed to come down, the corner tub was a waste of space because it separated two small vanities and closed down the bathroom. The homeowners preferred to remove the corner tub and create a more useful master bathroom.

New planation shutters in the corner add the final touch to this updated but traditional style bathroom. Maple cabinets in a simple door style with Santa Cecelia Granite just keeps it simple but stylish.
This Sarasota Remodel was a close duplicate to the exact floor plan of the kitchen in a box. Loving what we did for their Neighbors, we were able to put together a similar plan that worked with their style and their budget. Dark Contemporary Style Shaker Wenge Thermofoil Doors, Giallo Fiorito Granite to pull out the existing Spanish tile in the surrounding rooms, Stone and Tile Backsplash and New Laminate flooring create this area to a Beautiful New Living Space and Functional Kitchen for the entire family.

This Sarasota Kitchen Remodel was in dire need of a complete Renovation. The kitchen led to an area that was filled with wasted space and the homeowners were at a cross roads on what to do.   Taking out the jetted peninsular and using an island equipped with tons of storage shortly off the kitchen that also doubled as an eat in area seating 7 used this wasted living space nicely. Finishing off the surrounding wall areas with a built in buffet on one side and desk area for the family on the other completed this new remodel. Tea Berry Stained Maple Cabinets in a shaker door style and Santa Cecelia Extra Granite with Travertine Tumbled Stone Backsplash and a Porceain/Travertine Tile was used.
